Grays Inn (Bridge Bar and Bingham Room)
The project comprised the construction of a bar located at the first floor level forming a bridge link between the Grade 1 Listed Hall and the Quinlan Terry South Square Building. This bridge link replaced the original bridge demolished following bomb damage in the Second World War.
As part of the development `The Bingham Room` was refurbished with full IT and AV facilities to provide an up to date conference room. Click here to see more.

Duke Street
Domolition and reconstruction of Grade II 9 Duke Street and 1 Duke Mews and major refurbishment of 11 Duke Street to form retail and office space. Works included reconstruction of a basement using contiguous piling, masonry load-bearing walls, structural steel frame, timber floors and roof structures, partitioning, M&E installations including comfort cooling, lift installation, finishes and fitting out. Bedales School - Tutors Houses
The construction of three timber framed, contemporary style code for sustainable homes level 4 two storey homes, built within the confines of Bedales School to provide accommodation for tutors and their families. Featuring modern, flexible living spaces complimented with underfloor heating systems, wood burning stoves, high specification composite windows and doors, PV solar installations and engineered oak flooring. Gloucester Place Offices
The project involved full strip out works, alterations and refurbishment of the basement, ground, first, second, third and fourth floors, roof and structural repairs to a Grade II listed building located within the Portman Estate Conservation Area to provide office accommodation including an extension to house a new lift shaft, installation of secondary glazing, a large Mechanical & Electrical specifications included an air conditioning system, door entry and intercom systems.
