St Lukes Church
The construction of a new single storey annexe to the north of the existing grade II listed, 18th century church. Constructed from traditional materials, sourced locally where possible, so as to preserve the character of the site, providing facilities such as a meeting room, w/c and kitchenette.

"We chose Richardsons as our main contractor from a short list of five, based on their competitive quote, experience of working on important listed buildings, evidence of their workmanship seen locally at South Harting church and the fact that all their craftsmen are full time employees.

The quality of the workmanship complements our architect's inspired design and the attitude of all of their employees is extremely professional and enthusiastic. Given the potential disruption that comes with any building project, they always made sure that access to the church has been clean and tidy for our weekend services."

St Marys & St Gabriels Church
The construction of a single storey annexe to the south elevation of the existing grade 1 listed church, to provide the congregation with a meeting space as well as w/c and kitchen facilities. Materials used include a mixture of traditional and contemporary, i.e. flint and lime render externally / large glulam beams internally. The main pathway was also re-surfaced and a new handrail provided. Click here more information.
